Workshops Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  • Participants who have made a workshop booking can swap workshop dates up to 2 weeks prior to workshop with no additional reschedule fee
  • Participants who would like to change a workshop booking within 2 weeks of workshop date will incur a $40 reschedule fee
  • No-show participants will incur a $60 reschedule fee if they wish to re-book another workshop – subject to availability
  • Fox and Rabbit do not offer refunds outside of sickness/injury preventing participant from attending
  • Fox and Rabbit may cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified via email and text message in the unlikely event this happens
  • Workshops with under 6 participants booked may be cancelled or re-scheduled

 

Private Workshops

  • Fox and Rabbit offer a 10% discount for corporate/private workshops of 12+ participants
  • Full payment required 48 hours after receipt of Invoice to lock in desired date
  • Ticket sales and advertising organised by External Organisation
  • Fox and Rabbit can provide advertising for your Event at an additional fee
  • Promotional Imagery is provided once full payment is received
  • Travel Fee applies
  • Fox and Rabbit provide all materials, take home information etc for Workshops
  • 1 hour set up and pack down is required either side of scheduled Workshop time, most of our Workshops are 2 hours in duraton
